大学生体质健康测试中存在的问题及其解决策略研究

摘　　要：学生体质健康测试工作已然成为我国高校体育工作中的重要内容。然而,由于测试设备数量与质量问题、高校与学生对体质健康测试存在认识偏差等原因,我国大学生体质健康测试工作中普遍存在测试结果不够真实与准确的现象,这就在很大程度上影响力大学生体质健康测试的实效性,从而难以客观全面地了解学生体质状况与体育教学效果等,也难以采取相应的措施来促进学生的健康发展。基于此,本文先对大学生体质健康测试中存在的主要问题进行分析,然后从实际出发,提出几点具有实效性的建议,如增加高校对学生体质健康工作的重视与投入、严格执行测试标准、加强学生思想教育与良好生活习惯的培养等。The students’ physical fitness testing has become an important part of our country’s college physical education.However,due to the problems of the quantity and quality of testing equipment and the misunderstanding between universities and students on physical health testing,the phenomenon that the testing results are not true and accurate is common in the physical health testing of college students in our country,which greatly affects the effectiveness of physical health testing of college students,thus making it difficult to objectively and comprehensively understand the physical condition of students and the effect of physical education teaching,and to take corresponding measures to promote the healthy development of students.Based on this,this paper first analyzes the main problems existing in college students’ physical health tests,and then puts forward some practical suggestions from the reality,such as increasing the attention and investment of colleges and universities on students’ physical health,strictly implementing the test standards,and strengthening the ideological education of students and the cultivation of good living habits.
