摘　　要：时代发展迅猛,人们对教育越来越重视,不但理论课的教育方式需要改革,体育课等实践课也相应进行了改变。当今部分人没有正确认识到运动队训练中理论与实践相结合的重要性,对于体育教学与运动训练没有正确的理解。因此,对体育教学与运动队训练进行详细的解读,使读者更加深刻认识理解二者的差异与联系,并就现实问题进行分析,提出相应的解决办法。The times have developed rapidly,and people are paying more and more attention to education.Not only do the educational methods of theoretical classes require reform,but the practical classes such as physical education classes have also changed accordingly.Some people today do not correctly recognize the importance of combining theory and practice in sports team training,and do not have a correct understanding of physical education and sports training.Therefore,a detailed interpretation of physical education and sports team training,so that readers have a deeper understanding of the differences and connections between the two,and analyze the actual problems,and propose corresponding solutions.
