摘　　要：科技型中小企业在技术创新和技术成果转化方面发挥着重要作用。在分析科技型中小企业创新能力的提升的内部和外部驱动因素基础上,剖析了制约我国科技型中小企业创新能力提升的瓶颈,从而提出科技型中小企业创新能力提升的具体路径。Tec-SMEs play an important role in technological innovation.Based on the analysis of inner and outer driving factors of the innovation ability improvement,the article has discussed the bottlenecks of restricting the improvement of innovation ability in Tec-SMEs.The effective paths have been suggest for the Tec-SMEs to improve their innovation ability.
