摘 要:国防科技成果再研发是对由武器装备预先研究所形成的国防科技成果进行的再次试验、开发、应用、推广直至形成新技术、新工艺、新材料、新产品,发展新产业的多主体参与的协同创新活动。应用AHP方法从再研发创新主体、协同创新、创新环境和创新产出与绩效四个方面构建了基于多维主体和面向全过程的国防科技成果市场化再研发评价指标体系。Re-development of national defense scientific and technological achievements is a collaborative innovation activity in which multiple actors participate in re-testing,developing,applying and popularizing the national defense scientific and technological achievements formed by the advance research of weapons and equipment until new technologies,new processes,new materials and new products are formed and new industries are developed.The AHP method is applied to construct the evaluation index system of national defense scientific and technological achievements marketization re-development based on multi-dimension subjects and oriented to the whole process from four aspects of re-development innovation subject,collaborative innovation,innovation environment and innovation output and performance.
