新辅助化疗前后局部晚期宫颈癌中VEGF-C、VEGFR-3表达及疗效的研究

摘　　要：目的检测并分析局部晚期宫颈癌化疗前后癌组织中VEGF-C、VEGFR-3表达变化情况和化疗疗效之间的关系。方法选择2011年12月~2016年12月45例局部晚期宫颈癌患者进行新辅助化疗,用SP免疫组织化学检测新辅助化疗前后癌组织中VEGF-C、VEGFR-3的表达水平。结果新辅助化疗前VEGF-C、VEGFR-3表达率分别为84.4%、75.5%,而新辅助化疗后第14天VEGF-C、VEGFR-3表达率分别20.9%、25.6%。结论新辅助化疗对局部晚期宫颈癌有良好近期效果,被认为是一种有效、可行的辅助治疗手段,VEGF-C、VEGFR-3可作为判断治疗效果的指标。Objective To detect and analyze the relationship between the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor C(VEGF-C)and VEGF receptor-3(VEGFR-3)in cancer tissues before and after chemotherapy for locally advanced cervical cancer and the effect of chemotherapy.Methods Neoadjuvant chemotherapy was performed on 45 patients with locally advanced cervical cancer from December 2011 to December 2016.SP immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression levels of VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 in cancer tissues before and after neoadjuvant chemotherapy.Results The expression rates of VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 before neoadjuvant chemotherapy were 84.4%and 75.5%,respectively,and the expression rates of VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 on the 14 th day after neoadjuvant chemotherapy were 20.9%and 25.6%,respectively.Conclusion Neoadjuvant chemotherapy has favorable shortterm effects on locally advanced cervical cancer and is considered to be an effective and feasible adjuvant treatment.VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 can be used as indicators to judge the effect of treatment.
