玻璃体腔注射雷珠单抗联合玻璃体切除术治疗新生血管性青光眼患者的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨玻璃体腔注射雷珠单抗联合玻璃体切除术治疗新生血管性青光眼患者的临床效果。方法选取我院2016年1月~2019年3月收治的新生血管性青光眼患者50例为研究对象,随机将其分为两组,每组25例。对照组采用玻璃体切除术治疗,观察组采用玻璃体腔注射雷珠单抗联合玻璃体切除术治疗,比较两组的眼压和视力改善程度,记录其术后并发症和治疗效果。结果术后12周观察组的眼压及视力改善程度较对照组优,术后并发症较对照组少,总有效率(96.0%)较对照组(72.0%)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新生血管性青光眼患者采用玻璃体腔注射雷珠单抗联合玻璃体切除术治疗的效果明显,可明显改善患者的眼压及视力,并能减少其并发症的出现,临床治疗效果亦高。Objective To explore the clinical effect of intravitreal injection of ranibizumab combined with vitrectomy in the treatment of neovascular glaucoma(NVG)patients.Methods 50 patients with NVG treated in our hospital from January 2016 to March 2019 were selected as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into two groups,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with vitrectomy,while the observation group was treated with intravitreal injection of ranibizumab combined with vitrectomy.The intraocular pressure and visual acuity improvement were compared between the two groups,and the postoperative complications and treatment effects were recorded.Results At the 12 th week after surgery,the intraocular pressure and visual acuity improvement in the observation group was better than those in the control group;the postoperative complications were less than those in the control group;the total effective rate in the observation group was 96.0%,which was higher than 72.0%in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of intravitreal injection of ranibizumab combined with vitrectomy has obvious effects for NVG patients can significantly improve the intraocular pressure and vision of patients,and reduce the occurrence of complications.The clinical treatment effect is remarkable.
