摘  要:为了获得一种低成本、高效率的油品脱硫方法,选择3种碳链烷烃取代的磁性铁基咪唑离子液体[Cnmin]Br/FeCl3 (n=4,6,8)为脱硫剂,并添加β-环糊精(β-CD),使之与磁性离子液体(MILs)共同作用,深度脱除汽油中的二苯并噻吩(DBT)。实验分别考察了MILs、β-CD以及β-CD与MILS共同作用下对汽油中DBT的脱除率。。结果表明:β-CD和MILS共同作用下对汽油中的DBT有更好的脱除效果;其最佳脱硫条件为油剂比(V(oil):V(MILs))达到1:1,萃取时间30 min,萃取温度40℃,β-CD加量0.01 g;此条件下[C8min]Br/FeCl3脱硫率最高,达到98%,汽油收率为96.5%,MILs回收率为92%左右。同时分析了β-CD与[C8min]Br/FeCl3共同作用的脱硫机理,结果表明:MILs-β-CD对汽油中DBT有较强的包合能力,使得β-CD协同MILS能够更好地脱除DBT。In order to obtain a low-cost and high-efficiency desulfurization method for oil products,three magnetic imidazole ionic liquids(MILs) with different carbon chain alkanes [Cnmin]Br/FeCl3(n=4,6,8) were selected as the extraction solvents.β-cyclodextrin(β-CD) was added into MILs to achieve deep removal of dibenzothiophene(DBT) in gasoline.The desulfurization rate of DBT in gasoline under different process conditions of MILs,β-CD and β-CD combined MILs were measured.The results show that β-CD combined with MILs [C8 min]Br/FeCl3 has a better removal of DBT with desulfurization rate of 98%,a gasoline yield of97.4% and MILs recovery rate of 92% under the optimum conditions(volume ratio of oil to MILs=1:1,extraction time=30 min,extraction temperature=40℃ and β-CD dosage=0.01 g).Meanwhile,the mechanism of β-CD combined [C8 min]Br/FeCl3 in removing organic sulfur from gasoline was analyzed.The results show that MILs-β-CD has strong inclusion ability for DBT in gasoline,which improves DBT removal.
