摘　　要：从气浊二元论学术内涵的诠释、“气浊二元论”是宇宙与生命发生演化的总纲领、“气浊二元论”是“人体同天体”哲学思想的立论基础3方面入手探讨彝医原创性思维模式“气浊二元论”的学术内涵,指出“气浊二元论”是一种高度凝练,能引领彝医学发展的核心思维模式;“气浊二元论”作为彝医认知宇宙与生命运动的核心理论,表达对宇宙生命发生演化起点的认知,亦表达对“气升浊降”生命运动形式与规律的认识,而这种认知正是彝族“人体同天体”哲学思想的立论基础。Yi medicine original thinking mode academic connotation of"Qi-turbidity dualism"was discussed from its annotation,the theory as general program of the universe and life developing and evolving,"Qi-turbidity dualism"as theoretical basis of the philosophy of"human being and celestial body",it was pointed out that"Qi-turbidity dualism",highly condensed,is the core thinking mode of leading the development of Yi medicine."Qi-turbidity dualism"as the core theory of perceiving the universe and life movement in Yi medicine,expressed the cognition of the starting point of the evolution of life in the universe,and the understanding to the form and the law of life movement"Qi rising and turbidity dropping",and the cognition is the theoretical foundation of the Yi ethnic group philosophy"human being and celestial body".
