摘 要:为了观察牛磺酸对亚急性镉暴露致大鼠肾组织脂质过氧化损伤的保护作用,进行动物试验,大鼠腹腔注射氯化镉溶液染毒后进行牛磺酸灌胃,试验结束测定肾/体比、血清肾功能酶、脂质过氧化酶、白介素-2(IL-2)、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)指标。结果显示:(1)镉暴露模型组终重下降,肾湿重增加,肾/体比升高,尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(CREA)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)水平升高,肾组织中丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)含量升高,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性降低,指标与对照组均有统计学差异(P<0.05);(2)牛磺酸高剂量组终重升高,肾/体比降低,BUN、CREA、LDH水平降低,MDA、NO含量降低,SOD、GSH-Px活性升高,血清中IL-2含量显著增加,TGF-β1含量降低,与模型组有统计学差异(P<0.05);(3)牛磺酸低剂量组血清中IL-2含量均显著增加,TGF-β1含量均显著降低,与模型组相比有统计学差异(P<0.01)。表明牛磺酸对亚急性大鼠肾损伤有一定的保护作用,其机制可能与牛磺酸抑制镉染毒大鼠体内氧化应激反应和调节细胞因子有关。To observe the protective effect of taurine on lipid peroxidation injury in rat kidney tissue induced by subacute cadmium exposure.Animal experiments were carried out.Rats were intraperitoneally injected with cadmium chloride solution and then administered with taurine.The end of the experiment was used to determine renal/body ratio,serum renal function enzyme,lipid peroxidase,IL-2 and TGF-β1.The model group had decreased weight,increased renal wet weight,increased kidney/body ratio,elevated BUN,Cr,LDH levels,increased MDA and NO levels in renal tissues,and decreased SOD and GSH-Px activities.The differences were significant(P<0.05).The high-dose group had higher final weight,lower renal/body ratio,decreased BUN,Cr,LDH levels,decreased MDA and NO levels,increased SOD and GSH-Px activities,and significantly increased serum IL-2 levels.TGF-β1 content was statistically different from that in the model group(P<0.05).The serum levels of IL-2 in the low-dose group were significantly increased,and the levels of TGF-β1 were significantly lower than those in the model group(P<0.01).Taurine has a protective effect on renal injury in subacute rats.The mechanism may be related to the inhibition of oxidative stress and regulation of cytokines by taurine in rats exposed to cadmium.
