摘　　要：目的评价心理关怀联合健康宣教在反复发作念珠菌外阴阴道炎患者中的作用。方法选取2017年12月至2019年3月深圳市龙华区人民医院诊治的70例反复发作念珠菌外阴阴道炎患者作为研究对象。按数字随机表法分为对照组(n=35),施以常规宣教,观察组(n=35),施以心理关怀联合健康宣教。比较两组患者管理效果。结果观察组患者干预后自我效能感、自我管理能力均高于对照患者组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者干预后阴道健康状态(11.34±2.15)分高于对照组患者的(8.21±1.82)分,差异具有统计学意义(t=6.574,P=0.000)。结论对反复发作念珠菌外阴阴道炎患者采取心理关怀联合健康宣教,能够提高患者自我管理能力,临床价值高,值得推广。Objective To evaluate the role of psychological care combined with health education in patients with recurrent candida vulvovaginitis. Methods 70 patients with recurrent candida vulvovaginitis in our hospital from December 2017 to March 2019 were randomly divided into control group(n=35, routine education) and observation group(n=35, psychological care combined with health education) according to the number of random tables. The management effects of the two groups were compared. Results The self-efficacy and self-management ability of the observation group after intervention were higher than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). The vaginal health status of the observation group after intervention(11.34±2.15) was higher than that of the control group(8.21±1.82), with statistically significant differences(t=6.574,P=0.000). Conclusions Psychological care combined with health education can improve the self-management ability of patients with recurrent candida vulvovaginitis, which is of high clinical value and worth promoting.
