摘  要:【目的】针对云南特殊地理环境特点,在满足马铃薯中耕、施肥农艺要求的前提下,设计了1种中耕施肥机,一次性完成马铃薯中耕施肥作业.【方法】利用三维软件Solidworks设计整机结构及主要部件,并用ANSYS软件对主要部件进行运动学分析;采用正交试验设计,对影响中耕施肥机的碎土率和除草率的因素进行分析,确定最优参数组合,并进行试验验证.【结果】各因素对碎土率的影响程度依次为:中耕深度>切入角>机器前进速度;各因素对除草率的影响程度依次为:切入角>中耕深度>机器前进速度.当中耕深度为12 cm,切入角为15°,机器前进速度为0.30 m/s时,施肥量均稳定在80%以上.【结论】该中耕施肥机作业性能好,能适应丘陵山地马铃薯中耕施肥作业,满足农艺要求.【Objective】A new potato intertillage fertilizer was designed in order to meet the demand of intertillage and fertilization operation under the special geographical environment of Yunnan Province.【Method】The machine structure and main parts were designed by using 3D software Solidworks,and the kinematics of main parts were analyzed with ANSYS software;Orthogonal test was used to analyze the factors affecting soil breaking rate and weeds removal rate of new machine,to determine and verify the optimal parameter combination.【Results】The rank of influence on soil breaking rate was intertillage depth>cutting angle>machine forward speed.The rank of influence on weeds removal rate was cut angle>intertillage depth>machine forward speed.The fertilization amount steadily reached more than 80%under 12 cm intertillage depth,15°cutting angle and 0.30 m/s forward speed.【Conclusion】The operation performance of new machine is good and can adapt to the condition in hilly areas and meet the requirements of agronomy.
