摘　　要：文章通过调查发现少数民族地区高校智慧图书馆构建过程中存在着基础设施薄弱、投入经费有限、图书信息挖掘低和缺乏专业化人才等问题,提出了完善软硬件基础设施,加大经费投入,突破时空物理限制进行模式创新,利用智慧图书馆挖掘图书信息资源,解决师生用户对图书资源的需求,提高图书管理人员队伍专业技术水平等解决对策,为少数民族地区高校构建智慧图书馆提供新视野。Through the investigation,it is found that there are some problems in the construction process of the Intelligent Library in the minority areas,such as weak infrastructure,limited investment,low mining of book information and lack of professional talents.It is proposed to improve the software and hardware infrastructure,increase investment in funds,break through the physical constraints of time and space for model innovation,use the intelligent library to mine book information resources,and solve the problems of teachers and students’users The demand for book resources,improve the professional and technical level of the library management team and other solutions.It provides a new vision for the construction of intelligent library in colleges and universities in minority areas.
