摘　　要：阐述了科技信用信息的含义和建设科技信用信息资源的意义,介绍了山西省科技信用信息资源的建设情况,探讨了山西省科技信用信息资源建设利用的对策。This paper expounds the meaning of sci-tech credit information and the significance of constructing sci-tech credit information resources,introduces the construction of sci-tech credit information resources in Shanxi Province,and probes into the countermeasures of the construction and utilization of sci-tech credit information resources in Shanxi Province.
