摘 要:有机磷农药的大量使用所带来的生态问题引起了人们的广泛关注,不少科研人员在众多领域研究降解和消除有机磷农药污染的方法。用微生物降解有机磷农药既不会对环境造成二次污染,又经济高效,很受人们青睐。采用冻存的有机磷农药降解菌,对有机磷农药毒死蜱的解有机磷能力进行研究,并优化其降解条件。结果显示,在底物质量浓度为1 000mg/L、pH值为7、温度为35℃条件下,培养3天后,有机磷农药降解菌对有机磷农药毒死蜱的降解效果最好。The ecological problems brought about by the large-scale use of organophosphorus pesticides have attracted widespread attention.People have studied methods for degrading and eliminating organophosphorus pesticides in various fields.The method of microbial degradation of organophosphorus pesticides will not bring secondary pollution to the environment,but also be highly efficient and economical,and it has been favored by researchers.In this paper,the organophosphorus removal ability of the organophosphorus pesticide chlorpyrifos was studied using the phospholytic bacteria cryopreserved by the research group,and the degradation conditions were optimized.The result showed that the substrate concentration was 1000 mg/L,pH was 7 and the temperature was 35℃,After 3 days,the phosphorus-reducing bacteria had the best degradation effect on chlorpyrifos,an organophosphorus pesticide.
