统筹城乡居民医疗保险制度满意度及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：①目的分析统筹城乡居民医疗保险制度运行的居民满意度及其影响因素,为城镇居民与新农合医疗保险整合统筹实施提供参考依据。②方法采用多阶段分层整群抽样的方法抽取1603例城乡参保居民,调查其个人特征和满意度,通过有序多分类Logistic回归模型进行满意度影响因素分析。③结果城乡居民医疗保险总体满意度调查显示,满意为37.7%,一般为50.4%,不满意为11.9%。性别、文化程度及家庭经济状况是城乡居民医疗保险制度满意度的主要影响因素(P<0.05),男性、文化程度越高、家庭经济状况越好的居民对城乡居民医疗保险的满意度越高。④结论所调查居民对城乡居民医疗保险的满意度普遍较高,应当加强对于女性、低文化群体以及低收入群体的宣传,提升参保居民的满意度。Objective:To investigate the satisfaction of the medical insurance system for urban and rural residents and its influencing factors,and provide a reference basis for the integration of urban residents and the new agricultural cooperative medical insurance.Methods Using multi-stage stratified cluster sampling method,1603 urban and rural residents were chose,whose personal characteristics and satisfaction were investigated,and the influencing factors of satisfaction were analyzed by ordinal Logistic regression model.Results Overall satisfaction with medical insurance for urban and rural residents was 37.7%,generally 50.4%and unsatisfactory 11.9%.Gender,education and family economic status were the main factors affecting the satisfaction of urban and rural residents with the medical insurance system(P<0.05).Residents in male,the higher education level and the better family economic condition had the higher satisfaction for the urban and rural residents'medical insurance.Conclusion The satisfaction of residents with medical insurance for urban and rural residents was generally high,and the awareness campaigns should be strengthened among women,the less educated and lower income people to increase the satisfaction of residents participating in the medical insurance.
