社会责任与共建“中老经济走廊”的案例研究

摘　　要：“一带一路”倡议提出6年来,得到了共建国家的积极响应。截至2019年3月3日,同中国签署合作文件的国家和国际组织总数已经达到152个。各方在互联互通的相关领域进行了密切合作,取得了积极成果,在一些专业领域还建立了多个多边合作机制。这些都表明,“一带一路”倡议顺应了合作共赢的时代潮流。但在“一带一路”建设中,中国的投资和企业须兼顾社会责任,才能取得事半功倍的成效。“中老经济走廊”是“中国—中南半岛经济走廊”的一条重要支线。在共建“中老经济走廊”过程中,中国企业在老挝主动承担社会责任,开展公益活动,收到了良好的效果,推动了“中老经济走廊”的建设,为全面落实“一带一路”倡议作出了贡献。In the over 6 years since“the Belt and Road”Initiative announced,the idea has been warm responded by the countries along the initiative.As of March 3,2019,the total number of countries and international organizations that have signed cooperation documents with China has reached 152.All parties have cooperated closely in related areas of establishing and strengthening connectivity and achieved positive results.Several multilateral cooperation mechanisms have also been established in some professional areas.All these indicate that the BRI has complied with the trend of win-win cooperation.But in the construction of BRI,China s investment and enterprises must take social responsibility into account,so that twice the result can be accomplished with half the effort.Social responsibility means that while pursuing profits,entrepreneurs must undertake social responsibilities including environmental protection,safety in production,social morality and public interests.The construction of the“six major economic corridors”is a backbone project and an important prerequisite for the construction of the BRI.The“China-Laos economic corridor”is an important branch of the“China-Indochina Peninsular Economic Corridor”.In the process of co-construction of the“China-Laos economic corridor”,Chinese entrepreneurs took social responsibility in Laos and started charity campaign.They received good reputation,promoted the construction of the“China-Laos economic corridor”,and made contributions to the full implementation of the BRI.
