摘　　要：中国与拉美国家的人文交流与合作有着坚实的历史基础,并形成了以中拉论坛专业领域分论坛为核心的中拉人文交流与合作机制建设、以孔子学院为主的中拉教育交流合作、以友好城市为代表的中拉民间往来等成功案例。当前,中拉在非物质文化遗产保护与传承领域的交流合作值得期待、中拉拥有的“红色记忆”能成为双方增强价值沟通的建构因素、中拉创新开展“足球外交”可切实推进“民心相通”。这些都将给中拉人文交流与合作注入新动力,前景广阔。China and Latin American countries have a solid historical foundation in cultural exchanges and cooperation.Successful cases have emerged,such as the construction of the Sino-Latin American cultural exchanges and cooperation mechanism with the core of the subforums in specific fields under China-CELAC Forum,the Confucius Institute-based educational exchanges and cooperation,and the non-governmental exchanges represented by the Friendship Cities.At present,the exchanges and cooperation between China and Latin America in the field of protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage are worth expecting;the“red memory”shared by both China and Latin America can be the constructive factor for enhancing value communication;the innovative“Football Diplomacy”can practically promote people-to-people bond.All these factors have injected new impetus into Sino-Latin American cultural exchanges and cooperation,and the prospects are worth looking forward to.
