摘 要:现今,我国医院产科胎儿出生缺陷发生率正在呈逐年上升趋势,给家庭和社会带来了沉重的负担,产前胎儿畸形筛查尤为重要,以往二维彩超的应用已不足以满足胎儿畸形产前筛查的需要,而四维彩超以其成像立体、直观等优点日渐成为目前中孕胎儿畸形筛查的重要手段,作者拟就四维彩超在产科中孕胎儿畸形筛查的中的应用问题综述如下。Nowadays,our country hospital obstetric incidence of birth defects is a rising trend year by year,brought a heavy burden to family and society,prenatal fetal malformation screening is particularly important in the past two dimensional colour to exceed the application of have enough to meet the needs of the fetus malformation prenatal screening,and four dimensional colour to exceed to the direct imaging stereo,increasingly become the important means of screening of fetal abnormalities,the author reviews four dimensional colour to exceed pregnant fetal malformation screening in obstetric application problems were as follows.
