摘　　要：目的:本文通过对急性白血病化疗后肺部感染的临床及影像学特点分析,为急性白血病化疗后肺部感染的诊断、治疗提供依据。方法:选择2008年1月至2018年1月入住我院的急性白血病化疗后肺部感染的患者80例,分析急性白血病化疗后肺部感染的临床及影像学特点。结果:80例急性白血病患者的临床表现为:一般以发热为首发症状,以咳嗽咳痰为主要临床症状,一般肺部均有湿啰音的体征,以白细胞减少的病人较多,感染病原菌依次为真菌、细菌、病毒、支原体等其它病原菌,部分患者合并感染。CT表现主要有:磨玻璃影、实变影、胸膜肥厚、空泡征、空气支气管征、索条影、胸腔积液等表现。结论:在病人出现发热、咳嗽咳痰等表现时,应警惕肺部感染的表现。Objective To provide evidence for the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary infection after chemotherapy in acute leukemia by analyzing the clinical and imaging characteristics of pulmonary infection after chemotherapy.Methods 80 patients with pulmonary infection after chemotherapy in our hospital from January 2008 to January 2018 were selected to analyze the clinical and imaging characteristics of pulmonary infection after chemotherapy in acute leukemia.Results the clinical manifestations of 80 patients with acute leukemia were:fever as the first symptom,cough and expectoration as the main clinical symptoms,generally with signs of wet rales in the lungs,more patients with leukopenia,followed by fungi,bacteria,viruses,mycoplasma and other pathogenic bacteria,some patients with combined infection.CT manifestations include ground glass shadow,consolidation shadow,pleural hypertrophy,vacuole sign,air bronchus sign,cord shadow,pleural effusion and so on.Conclusion when the patients have fever,cough and expectoration,we should pay attention to the pulmonary infection.
