摘  要:来自钢厂生产中产生的油泥为黑色膏状物,其中含有油、水、Fe 3O 4等,被定性为危险废物。处理方法为加热干馏,使水分、油相以气相形式逸出,而后冷凝为液相,经油水分离后,冷凝水作为冷却介质循环使用,但经过多次循环使用后有较大的臭味,影响生产。选用芬顿试剂进行除臭,重点讨论了芬顿试剂投加量、温度、反应时间、pH值等对除臭效果的影响,得到较佳的试验条件是H 2O 2投加量:4mL,硫酸亚铁与双氧水的投加比:5∶1,温度:40~50℃,反应时间:60min,投加前调节pH值至3~4,反应结束后,调节pH值至7~8,除臭效果达到最好。The sludge contains diesel oil,water,Fe3O4,etc.,as a paste,as a toxic and harmful substances,the treatment method is generally dry distillation,heating,so that the first water vaporization,and then condensed into water,the recycling cycle to do the use of condensate,After a number of cycles after a greater smell,affecting production.The purpose of this study is to find out the cause or composition of the odor,find a chemical deodorization method to meet the production requirements.First of all,the choice of strong oxidants,selected with Fenton reagent deodorant,and then discussed the dosage,temperature,reaction time,PH value on the deodorization rate,the better conditions are H 2O 2 dosage Is:4mL,ferrous sulfate and hydrogen peroxide dosage:5∶1,the temperature is:40~50℃,the reaction time is:60min,before adding the antioxidant to adjust the PH to 3~4,after the end of the reaction,adjust the pH To 7~8,the deodorization rate to achieve the best.
