摘 要:目的采用单波长反射法对四川高海拔藏族人群和低海拔汉族人群的健康人群进行黄斑区色素光密度(MPOD)值测定,探讨MPOD值在不同民族、性别及年龄人群间的差异。方法藏族正常人141例,男性67例,女性74例,年龄12~68岁。汉族正常人164例,男性77例,女性87例,年龄10~72岁。使用单波长反射测量法(VISUCAM 200,卡尔蔡司MEDITEC)在偏心7°处测量MPOD值。对不同民族的MPOD最大值及平均值进行比较分析。结果藏族健康人群MPOD总体平均值为:0. 126±0. 105,其中男性MPOD平均值为:0. 129±0. 106,女性MPOD平均值为:0. 123±0. 107;汉族健康人群MPOD总体平均值为:0. 120±0. 113,其中男性MPOD平均值为:0. 123±0. 088,女性MPOD平均值为:0. 117±0. 079。同一民族相同年龄段MPOD平均值男性高于女性。两个民族MPOD平均值不论男女均随年龄增长而增大。年龄低于60岁时,高原地区藏族MPOD最大值高于低海拔汉族人群;年龄低于30岁时,高原地区藏族MPOD平均值高于低海拔汉族人群。结论四川高原地区藏族人群MPOD值高于低海拔汉族人群,可能与长期生活在高紫外线环境有关。Objective To detect the macular pigment optical density(MPOD)of the healthy Tibetan population at high altitude and the healthy Han population at low altitude in Sichuan province with the method of one-wavelength reflectometry so as to reveal the difference in MPOD among populations of different nationality,sex and ages.Methods141 Tibetans,67 male and 74 female aged from 12 to 68 years old,and 164 Han people,77 male and 87 female aged from 10 to 72 years old were enrolled;the MPOD values were measured in a 7°-diameter circle around the fovea using one-wavelength reflectometry method by Visucam 200(Carl Zeiss Meditec);a comparative study of the maximum value and mean value of MOPD was made between the Tibetan and Han people.Results The mean MPOD value of the healthy Tibetans was 0.126±0.105(mean MOPD value of male:0.129±0.106,and mean MOPD value of female:0.123±0.107)while that of the healthy Han people was 0.120±0.113(mean MOPD value of male:0.123±0.088,mean MOPD value of female:0.117±0.079);the mean MOPD value of male was higher than that of female in people of the same nationality;the mean MOPD value kept increasing with aging in both sex of the 2 nationalities;the maximum MPOD value of the Tibetans at high altitude aged under 60 years and the mean MPOD value of the Tibetans at high altitude aged under 30 years were both higher than those of the Han people at low altitude.Conclusions The MPOD value of Tibetan people at high altitude is higher than that of the Han people at low altitude,which may be related to long exposure in high ultraviolet environment.
