摘　　要：城市更新需要重新思考停车发展策略,本文首先介绍路内停车、公共停车与配建停车政策发展,其次分析城市更新面临的停车问题,提出城市更新中所需要采取的停车策略,有助于城市更新在交通、经济、环境与品质方面的改善提高。Urban renewal needs to improve the parking policies.The paper firstly reviews the development of on-street parking,municipal public parking and parking requirements.Then analyses the parking issues in the urban renewal,and suggesting using the shared parking and smart parking to improve the transportation,economy,environment,and urban design in the urban renewal.
