摘　　要：电气控制实训室是从事教学、比赛、科研、培训及职业鉴定的重要场所。为解决实训室开放及使用量陡增带来的管理上的各种问题,采用“6S”管理和PDCA循环相结合的方式,对实训室进行全面的整治,极大推进了实训室使用及开放管理的合理化和规范化进程。The electrical control training room is an important place for teaching,competition,scientific research,training and professional identification.In order to solve the various management problems brought about by the opening of the training room and the sudden increase in usage,a combination of"6S"management and PDCA cycle was adopted to comprehensively renovate the training room,which greatly promoted the process of rationalization and standardization of the use of training rooms and open management.
