浅析当前高校工程修缮管理的现状及其改善措施

摘　　要：高等院校是教育系统的重要组成部分,在人才培养工作中发挥着不容忽视的作用。近年来,高校工程修缮量大幅增加,对高校工程修缮管理人员提出了更高的要求,但值得注意的是,现阶段我国高校工程修缮管理工作开展情况并不理想,不能满足实际工作的需求,对工程修缮工作的进度及质量造成了较大的负面影响,在一定程度上阻碍着高校基础设施的更新与完善。本文从修缮工作的特点入手,对高校工程修缮管理中存在的问题进行了细致的梳理,并提出了几点改进策略,以期能够为高校管理人员的工作开展与改进提供一些参考。Colleges and universities are an important part of the education system and play an important role in the cultivation of talents.In recent years,the amount of engineering repairs in universities has increased significantly,and higher demands have been placed on university engineering repair managers.However,it is worth noting that at this stage,the development of university engineering repair management in China is not ideal and cannot meet the needs of actual work.It has caused a great negative impact on the progress and quality of engineering repair work,and to a certain extent hindered the renewal and improvement of college infrastructure.This article starts with the characteristics of the repair work,carefully sorts out the problems in the management of university engineering repairs,and puts forward some improvement strategies in order to provide some reference for the development and improvement of the work of university administrators.
