摘　　要：患者,男,17岁,行左侧下颌阻生齿拔除术中,在高速手机分牙过程中,车针脱落,坠入喉咽部,被患者吞入,后经腹部CT平扫+三维:见金属针形异物己进入胃内,胃体见一长约2.8 cm车针,随即由胃镜室医师用内窥镜异物钳夹住车针小心将其取出。A 17-year-old male patient underwent extraction of the impacted teeth on the left mandible.During the separation of teeth with a high-speed hand piece,the fissure bur fell off and fell into the laryngopharynx,which was swallowed by the patient.After that,the fissure bur with a length of about 2.8 cm was found in the stomach.Then the doctor in the gastroscope room clamped the fissure bur with the foreign body clamp of gastroscope and carefully took it out.
