论赫德森翻译中国古典小说的策略——以《平山冷燕》为中心

摘　　要：在英语世界的翻译圈内,《平山冷燕》有选译文登载于报刊杂志上,文章以赫德森的节译文为对象,探讨其翻译中国古典小说的策略及其该策略形成的原因。其形成原因与当时欧洲翻译中国古典小说的热潮紧密相关,其翻译策略总体上则是以归化为主,尽力以通俗化的语言对故事情节进行介绍。并就围绕其时代特征,在翻译的总体性原则基础上具体进行了论述。In the translation circle of the English world,Ping Shan Leng yan has some versions published in newspapers and periodicals.The paper chooses the translation version of Hudson to discuss his translation strategies in Chinese classical novels and the reason for the formation of these strategies.The formation reason is closely related to the translation upsurge of Chinese classical novels in Europe at that time,and his translation strategies generally focus on domestication and tried to introduce the story in plain language.Next,focusing on the characteristics of the times,the paper have a discussion based on the principle of totality.
