摘　　要：目前,我国社会信用体系建设正处于起步阶段,相关机构对食品冷链物流行业的信用评价缺乏统一的、具有行业特性的指标体系。由于我国食品冷链物流行业信用体系的缺失,企业的失信乱象滋生,行业发展遭遇瓶颈。通过建立信用评价指标体系,评价企业信用水平,对预防企业信用风险、推动行业诚信建设具有重要意义。本文从企业基础信用能力、企业服务管理能力、企业经济偿付能力、企业社会信用状况四个方面,研究构建了运输型、仓储型和综合型三种不同类型的食品冷链物流企业信用评价指标体系,并运用层次分析法(AHP)确定了各级指标的权重。At present,the construction of social credit system in China is in the initial stage,and the relevant agencies lack a unified and industry specific index system for the credit evaluation of food cold chain logistics industry.It is of great significance to prevent enterprise credit risk and promote the industry credit by establishing the credit evaluation index system and evaluating the credit level of enterprise.This paper establishes three different types of food cold chain logistics enterprise credit evaluation system from four aspects of enterprise’s basic credit ability,service management ability,economic solvency and social credit status,and uses AHP to determine the weight of all levels of indexes.
