摘 要:CCCTC结合因子(CCCTC binding factor,CTCF)是一种转录因子,含有11个高度保守锌指结构,是构建染色体拓扑结构域的主要因子,在细胞增殖分化中发挥重要作用。CTCF结合位点主要分布于染色体拓扑结构域的边界,维持其结构和功能稳定,隔绝结构域内外的编码基因和启动子间的相互作用。近年研究表明CTCF调控基因的时空特异性表达,在哺乳动物的生长发育过程中发挥重要作用。本文就近几年CTCF在哺乳动物多个系统发育过程中的功能研究作一综述。CCCTC binding factor(CTCF)is a transcription factor containing 11 highly conserved zinc finger structures.It is the main factor for constructing chromosomal topological domains and plays an important role in cell proliferation and differentiation.CTCF binding sites are mainly distributed at the boundaries of chromosomal topological domains,maintaining their structural and functional stability,and isolating interactions between coding genes and promoters inside and outside the domain.Recently,there is increasing evidence revealed CTCF regulates the time-and space-specific expression of genes and plays an essential role during the mammalian growth and development.This paper reviews the research and summarizes how CTCF functions during the development of neural,muscular,immune,cardiovascular and other systems.
