齐拉西酮治疗早期精神分裂症伴糖尿病的研究

摘　　要：目的观察齐拉西酮联合奥氮平治疗早期精神分裂症伴糖尿病的意义。方法随机将本院2018年2月—2019年2月收治的94例早期精神分裂症伴糖尿病患者分为两组,每组47例。对照组给予奥氮平治疗;观察组在上述基础上给予齐拉西酮治疗,比较两组总有效率、不良反应以及血糖指标等。结果(1)观察组总有效率(95.74%)明显优于对照组(74.47%),差异具有统计学意义(χ^2=8.393,P<0.05)。(2)观察组餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白以及空腹血糖分别为(7.4±0.6)mmol/L、(4.8±0.6)%、(5.1±0.4)mmol/L;对照组分别为(10.5±1.1)mmol/L、(7.4±0.9)%、(7.3±0.8)mmol/L;两组比较差异具有统计学意义(t=16.961,16.479,16.863,P<0.05)。(3)观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论齐拉西酮联合奥氮平能够有效治疗早期精神分裂症伴糖尿病。Objective To observe the significance of ziprasidone combined with olanzapine in the treatment of early schizophrenia with diabetes.Methods 94 patients with early schizophrenia and diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,47 in each group.The control group was treated with olanzapine.The observation group was given ziprasidone on the above basis,and the total effective rate,adverse reactions and blood glucose index were compared.Results(1)The total effective rate of the observation group(95.74%)was significantly better than that of the control group(74.47%),and the difference was significant(χ^2=8.393,P<0.05).(2)The blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and fasting blood glucose of the observation group were(7.4±0.6)mmol/L,(4.8±0.6)%,(5.1±0.4)mmol/L 2 h after the meal;the control group was(10.5±1.1)mmol/L,(7.4±0.9)%,(7.3±0.8)mmol/L;the difference between the two groups was significant(t=16.961,16.479,16.863,P<0.05).(3)The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ziprasidone combined with olanzapine can effectively treat early schizophrenia with diabetes.
