摘 要:目的评估贴膜定位法在乳腺癌术前新辅助治疗中的作用。方法选择50例拟接受乳腺癌新辅助治疗的初诊初治患者行贴膜定位后隔日再行超声定位,观察测量两种定位方法的差值。所有患者均接受手术治疗,对术前评估为疾病稳定或部分缓解且病灶大于1 cm的30例患者行术前贴膜定位,并与术后病理报告进行准确程度比较。结果50例患者均能接受贴膜定位法,经与超声定位及病理病灶对比,其标记病灶范围相符且易于使用。结论贴膜定位法能精确、无创、有效地对接受新辅助治疗患者的病灶进行体表定位,可避免对患者进行有创定位操作。Objective To evaluate the effect of the film positioning method in the neoadjuvant treatment of breast cancer before surgery. Methods A total of 50 newly diagnosed patients preparing for the neoadjuvant treatment of breast cancer underwent film positioning, and then ultrasonic orientation 1 day after film positioning. The differential between the two positioning methods was observed and measured. All patients received surgery for treatment, preoperative film positioning was conducted on 30 patients, whom were evaluated as stable disease or partial remission, and as lesions larger than 1 cm before surgery, to compare the accuracy degree with postoperative pathological report. Results All of 50 patients were able to receive the film positioning method, which conformed to the range of marked lesions and was easy to use as compared with ultrasonic positioning and pathological lesions. Conclusion The film positioning method can accurately, non-invasively, and effectively localize the lesions for patients undergoing the neoadjuvant treatment, which can avoid invasive positioning on patients.
