恩度联合同步放化疗对直肠癌患者血管内皮功能、细胞增殖核抗原及癌胚抗原的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨恩度联合同步放化疗治疗直肠癌的疗效及对血管内皮功能、细胞增殖核抗原(Ki-67)、癌胚抗原(CEA)的影响。方法将2017年4月至2018年11月98例直肠癌患者,随机分为研究组及对照组各49例。对照组患者接受单独的同步放化疗治疗,研究组在此基础上静脉滴注恩度。比较两组患者的治疗效果及治疗前及治疗后血管内皮功能、肿瘤组织Ki-67、癌胚抗原CEA变化。结果治疗后,研究组总缓解率65.3%(32/49)高于对照组的42.9%(21/49),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者血清VEGF、CEA均降低,Ki-67阳性表达率减少,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论恩度联合同步放化疗治疗直肠癌的疗效显著,能有效改善患者血管内皮功能,阻断肿瘤细胞增殖及侵袭、转移,减少血清肿瘤标志物表达,提高患者生存质量,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the efficiency of endostatin and concurrent chemoradiotherapy in the treatment of rectal cancer and its effects on vascular endothelial function,cell proliferation nuclear antigen(Ki-67)and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA).Methods Ninety-eight patients with rectal cancer who were treated in the hospitals from April 2017 to November 2018 were randomly divided into control or research group,49 in each group.In the control group,patients were treated with separately synchronous chemotherapy.In the research group,patients were treated with intravenous infusion of endostatin on the basis of synchronous chemotherapy.The results of treatment and changes of vascular endothelial function,Ki-67 and CEA were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,total remission rate of the research group was 65.3%(32/49)that was higher than 42.9%(21/49)of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum VEGF and CEA concentrations and positive rate of Ki-67 in cancer tissue were reduced in both groups,and the decreases in the research group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Endostatin combined with concurrent chemoradiotherapy is effective in the treatment of rectal cancer.It can effectively improve the vascular endothelial function,block the proliferation,invasion and metastasis of tumor cells,reduce the expression of serum tumor markers,and improve the quality of life of the patients.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
