摘　　要：目的分析活动义齿修复对牙列缺损且重度磨耗患者的临床疗效及语言功能干预效果。方法回顾性研究本院2017年4月至2019年4月收治的100例牙列缺损且重度磨耗患者,均实施活动义齿修复,观察修复6个月的临床疗效。对比修复前、修复6个月后咀嚼效率、语言功能评分、颞下颌关节功能评价(Fricton)指数。结果100例患者均完成活动义齿修复,中途无脱落病例。总有效率为99.0%。修复6个月后咀嚼效率、语言功能评分均明显比修复前高,修复6个月后Fricton指数均明显比修复前低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论活动义齿修复可有效改善牙列缺损且重度磨耗患者咀嚼、语言、颞下颌关节功能,效果显著、稳定,值得借鉴。Objective To analyze the clinical effect and language function intervention effect of active denture restoration on patients with dentition defect and severe abrasion.Methods A retrospective study was performed on 100 patients with dentition defect and severe abrasion who were treated in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2019.All patients were treated with active dentures and the clinical effects of 6 months were observed.The chewing efficiency,language function score,and friction index were compared before and after restoration for 6 months.Results All 100 patients completed the repair of active dentures,and there were no cases of dropouts.The total effective rate was 99.00%.After 6 months of repair,the chewing efficiency and language function scores were significantly higher than those before repair.The friction index was significantly lower than that of 6 months after repair(P<0.05).Conclusion Active denture repair can effectively improve chewing,language,and subtemporal occlusal joint function in patients with dentition defect and severe abrasion.The effect is significant and stable,which is worth learning from.
