摘  要:为了解有机污染物三苯基锡对胭脂鱼(Myxocryprinus asiaticus)幼鱼的毒性效应,阐明聚苯乙烯微球是否能够调节三苯基锡对胭脂鱼的短期毒性,以体质量(0.325±0.065)g的胭脂鱼幼鱼为对象,在水温(24.0±1.5)℃、溶氧条件充足下,采用半静态水生生物急性毒性实验方法,测定了三苯基锡对其的急性毒性效应及三苯基锡(0.126 mg/L,0.032 mg/L)单独暴露或与聚苯乙烯微球(0.1、1、10 mg/L)联合暴露对胭脂鱼幼鱼的影响。结果表明,三苯基锡24 h半致死浓度为0.112 mg/L;48 h半致死浓度为0.053 mg/L;72 h半致死浓度为0.026 mg/L;96 h半致死浓度为0.017 mg/L;其安全浓度为0.003 mg/L。与聚苯乙烯微球联合暴露,100%死亡率时间均有延迟,表明聚苯乙烯对三苯基锡的毒性效应具有延缓作用。In order to study the toxic effect of triphenyltin on Myxocyprinus asiaticus and to clarify whether polystyrene microspheres can regulate the short-term toxicity of triphenyltin,the juveniles M.asiaticus(0.325±0.065 g)were exposed in triphenyltin(0.126 mg/L,0.032 mg/L)alone and in combined with polystyrene microspheres(0.1 mg/L,1 mg/L,10 mg/L)under the condition of water temperature(24.0±1.5)℃and sufficient dissolved oxygen.The acute toxic effects were determined.The results showed that the lethal concentration 50%of triphenyltin was 0.112 mg/L in 24 hours,0.053 mg/L in 48 hours,0.026 mg/L in 72 hours,0.017 mg/L in 96 hours.The safe concentration was 0.003 mg/L.100%mortality time was postponed combining with polystyrene microspheres,which indicated that microplastics could delay triphenyltin-induced M.asiaticus mortality.
