经尿道等离子体双极电切术治疗膀胱肿瘤的疗效及安全性评价

摘　　要：目的分析并评价经尿道等离子体双极电切术治疗膀胱肿瘤患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取2016年1月至2019年1月在本院治疗的膀胱肿瘤患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例,对照组患者给予常规开放性膀胱部分切除术治疗,观察组患者给予经尿道等离子体双极电切术治疗,观察并比较两组患者一次切除率、手术情况及术后不良反应的发生率。结果观察组一次切除率(100.00%)高于对照组(82.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组各项手术指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后不良反应的发生率(7.50%)低于对照组(30.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上治疗膀胱肿瘤患者时,采用经尿道等离子体双极电切术治疗,一次切除肿瘤的成功率较高,还能有效降低术后不良反应的发生率,治疗效果及安全性均较高,有较高的推广价值。Objective To analyze and evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of transurethral plasma bipolar resection for bladder cancer.Methods 80 patients with bladder cancer treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 40 cases in each group. The patients in control group were treated with routine open partial cystectomy, and the patients in observation group were treated with transurethral plasma bipolar resection. The two groups were observed and compared. One-time resection rate, operation condition and incidence of adverse reactions after operation were observed. Results The one-time resection rate(100.00%) in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(82.50%), the difference was significant(P<0.05). The operation indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(7.50%) was lower than that in the control group(30.00%), the difference was significant(P<0.05). The significance of accounting. Conclusion Transurethral plasma bipolar resection for bladder cancer has a high success rate and can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions after operation. The therapeutic effect and safety are relatively high, and it has a high popularization value.
