摘　　要：OBE(Outcomes-Based Education)理念即成果导向教育的核心是学生质量。学生质量由其毕业要求达成来衡量,毕业要求又由课程目标达成来衡量。课程目标达成是衡量课堂教学效果的核心内容,对课程教学效果的评价分析和教学活动的调整都具有重要作用。"数据库原理及Oracle应用"是我校计算机专业的专业基础核心课之一,通过对课程教学目标达成度的评价分析,提出以学生为中心、以教学成果为导向的理论教学与有效实践的课程评价标准,最终达到课程教学目标。OBE(outcomes-based education)concept that is the core of outcome-oriented education is the quality of students.The quality of student is measured by the graduation requirements,and the graduation requirements is measured by the achievement of course objective.Achievement of course goal is the core content of measuring effect of classroom teaching,and plays an important role in evaluation and analysis of the teaching effect and adjustment of teaching activities."Database Principle and Oracle Application"is one of the professional core courses of computer science in colleges and universities.Through evaluation and analysis of the achievement of the course teaching objectives,a comprehensive evaluation method of theoretical teaching and effective practice centered on students and guided by teaching results is proposed,which finally achieves the goal of achieving the graduation requirements of the course teaching objectives.
