大学生创业胜任力模型的构建及测评应用研究

摘　　要：大学生创业胜任力的缺乏将使大学生在创业中遭遇困难或瓶颈。理论研究、国家政策、成功企业家及投资人的观点从多个角度对大学生创业者的胜任力素质进行了分析,为构建大学生创业胜任力的素质模型提供了参考。实证调查与因子分析检验并修订了大学生创业胜任力素质模型,最终构建了包含显性胜任力与隐性胜任力两个层面,涵盖知识结构、创业技能、个人品质、内在动机、能力潜质五个维度的指标体系,并确定了各维度权重。基于创业者胜任力模型构建的测评体系,不仅可以对大学生创业者的创业能力进行综合测评,而且可以为高校等创业教育组织者合理设计大学生创业素质提升项目提供决策参考。Student entrepreneurs are faced difficulties or bottlenecks due to their lack of core competence.To ease their difficulties,this paper analyzes their competency of fulfilling their roles by studying relevant literature,national policies,successful cases of entrepreneurs and press releases and speeches of investors to constructs a competency model of college student entrepreneurship.Questionnaire survey and factor analysis method are used to test and modify the the competency model,and finally a muti-dimension system that consists of two categories:the explicit competence and implicit competence as well as five dimensions:knowledge structure,entrepreneurial skills,personal quality,internal motivation and potential ability,is built with the weight of each dimension being also confirmed.This model can not only be used to test students entrepreneurs,but also provide a decision-making reference for the organizers of entrepreneurship education,such as colleges and universities,to reasonably design the cultivation project of college students'entrepreneurs.
