摘　　要：目的:探讨富自体浓缩生长因子(concentrated growth factors,CGF)结合引导骨再生(guided bone regeneration,GBR)技术在颌骨囊肿骨缺损修复中的应用及围术期护理。方法:选择我院2016年10月至2018年9月收治的20例颌骨囊肿手术患者,切除囊肿后均应用CGF结合GBR技术同期行颌骨缺损修复,做好CGF制备以及围术期护理。应用锥束CT(cone beam computed tomography,CBCT)影像学参数评估骨修复效果。结果:CGF制备及应用顺利,20例患者手术均获得成功,术后6个月骨缺损重建效果满意。结论:在颌骨囊肿骨缺损修复中,利用CGF+GBR技术结合熟练细致的围术期护理,骨重建成功率较高。Objective:To investigate the application and nursing of the concentrated growth factors(CGF)combined with guided bone regeneration(GBR)technique in restoration of mandible defect from cysts.Methods:A total of 20 patients with mandibular cysts treated in our hospital from Oct 2016 to Sep 2018 were selected.After the cysts were excided with thorough curettage,CGF combined with GBR technique was used to restore of mandible defect.CGF preparation and perioperative nursing care were applied.The bone regeneration effect with iconography parameter from CBCT were evaluated.Result:CGF preparation and application were smooth,and all 20 patients were successfully operated,and the bone regeneration effect was satisfactory after 6 months follow up.Conclusion:CGF combined with GBR technique in restoration of mandible defect from cysts with good perioperative care has achieved a higher success rate of bone regeneration.
