摘 要:道岔是制约列车运行速度的关键设备。为满足泰国新建线路铁路轨道交通运输效率,提高列车过岔速度和折返能力,改变泰国既有线路设备陈旧、运营能力差的问题,新研制了1000 mm轨距54E1钢轨12号单开道岔。该道岔的研究以国铁一整套研究方法为基础,采用国铁成熟技术,同时结合泰国运营养护的特点,完成了道岔设计及厂内试制、试铺工作。Turnout is the key equipment to restrict the train running speed.In order to meet the railway transportation efficiency of newly built lines in Thailand,improve the crossing speed and turn-back capacity of track,and remove shortcomings of obsolete equipment and insufficient operation capacity of track in Thailand before,1000 mm gauge 54E1 rail 1:12 turnout was developed.Based on a whole set of research methods of the China railway,combines the characteristics of operation and maintenance in Thailand to complete the design of the turnout,as well as the trial production and test in the factory.
