摘　　要：目的探讨多发性硬化患者社会参与能力及其影响因素,为促进多发性硬化患者的临床干预及管理提供参考。方法采用一般资料问卷、中文版参与和自主性测评问卷(IPA)、扩展残疾状况评分(EDSS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)对80例多发性硬化患者进行调查,并采用多重线性回归分析其社会参与能力的影响因素。结果多发性硬化患者社会参与能力总分为(51.18±21.50)分,社会参与各维度中,室外自主性参与最差。EDSS、SAS评分、SDS评分、病程与社会参与总分及各维度之间呈正相关(P均<0.05),家庭人均月收入与社会参与总分及各维度得分呈负相关(P均<0.05),复发次数与社会参与总分、家庭角色、室外自主参与和社会生活自主参与得分呈正相关(P均<0.05)。EDSS、SAS评分、家庭人均月收入及病程是MS患者社会参与能力的影响因素。结论多发性硬化患者社会参与能力总体处于较差水平。临床工作者应以社会参与各影响因素为切入点对患者实施个体化的、有针对性的康复干预及心理干预,适度提升其社会参与能力,改善其生存质量。Objective To investigate the ability and influencing factors of social participation among patients with multiple sclerosis,aiming to provide reference for promoting clinical intervention and management of patients with multiple sclerosis.Methods Eighty patients with multiple sclerosis were investigated by General Information Questionnaire,Impact on Participation and Autonomy Questionnaire(IP A),Expanded Disability Status Scale(EDSS),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and Self-Rating Dpression Scale(SDS).The influencing factors of social participation capability were analyzed by multivariate linear regression analysis.Results The total score of IPA was 51.18±21.50.Among four dimensions of IPA,spontaneous outdoor participation was the worst.EDSS,SAS score,SDS score and course of disease were positively correlated with the total score of IP A and the four subscales(all P<0.05),however,family monthly income were negatively correlated with them(all P <0.05),number of disease recurrences were positively correlated with the total score of IPA,family role,outdoor independent participation and social life independent participation(all P <0.05).EDSS,SAS,family monthly income and disease duration were the influencing factors of social participation in patients with wultiple sclerosis.Conclusions The social participation of patients with multiple sclerosis is at a relatively low level.Clinical practitioners should deliver individualized rehabilitation and psychological intervention,properly improve their social participation capability and enhance the quality of life according to the influencing factors of social participation.
