摘 要:为研究半轻混凝土受弯构件的力学性能及其在工程实际中的应用,对石轻混凝土、混轻混凝土和少陶粒混凝土3种半轻混凝土梁进行单调分级加载试验。分析不同粗细骨料体积占比和配筋率对梁破坏特征以及刚度和变形能力的影响,并与普通混凝土梁和全轻混凝土梁进行对比。试验结果表明:石轻混凝土梁、混轻混凝土梁和少陶粒混凝土梁的破坏特征与普通混凝土梁和全轻混凝土梁基本相似;石轻混凝土梁和混轻混凝土梁裂缝数量比少陶粒混凝土梁多,但裂缝分布均匀、间距小;少陶粒混凝土梁的刚度最大;混轻混凝土梁的变形能力最好。In order to study the mechanical properties of semi-lightweight concrete bending member and its application in engineering practice,monotonic graded loading tests were carried out on gravel lightweight concrete,hybrid aggregates lightweight concrete and hybrid aggregates concrete with less ceramsite semi-lightweight concrete beams.The influence of aggregate volume proportion and reinforcement ratio of different thickness on the failure characteristics,stiffness and deformation capacity of the beam was analyzed and compared with that of the normal weight concrete beam and the all-lightweight concrete beam.The test results show that the damage characteristics of gravel lightweight concrete,hybrid aggregates lightweight concrete beam and hybrid aggregates concrete with less ceramsite beam are similar to that of ordinary concrete beam and light concrete beam.The number of cracks in gravel lightweight concrete beam and hybrid aggregates lightweight concrete beam is more than that in Hybrid aggregates concrete with less ceramsite beam,but the cracks are evenly distributed and spaced.The stiffness of hybrid aggregates concrete with less ceramsite beam is the largest,and the deformation capacity of hybrid aggregates lightweight concrete beam is the best.
