摘 要:针对目前国内点胶机在控制系统和操作平台上存在的不足,以及传统的蠕动式点胶机出现的胶体堆积、点胶不均匀的问题,分析了蠕动泵的泵体特点和流量的关系,推导出一种蠕动泵和点胶头互补的运动关系,并以此设计了一套以触摸屏为人机操作平台,以独立运动控制器为数控核心的三轴联动蠕动式点胶机的控制系统。经试验证明,采用该控制系统大大提高了点胶精度。Aiming at the deficiency of the control system and operating platform of domestic dispenser,as well as the problems of colloidal accumulation and uneven dispensing in traditional peristaltic dispenser,a complementary movement relationship between the peristaltic pump and the dispensing head was proposed by analyzing the relationship between the pump haracteristics and the flow of the peristaltic pump.Based on this,a control system of three-axis linkage peristaltic dispenser with touch screen as man-machine operation platform and independent motion controller as CNC core was designed.The test shows that the control system can greatly improve the dispensing accuracy.
