摘 要:采用自编问卷对320名大学生实施调查,通过SPSS21.0和Lisrel 9.3软件对调查数据进行统计分析,发现选课动机不存在显著的性别、年级和专业差异;选课动机的个人和教师维度对学习效果有显著正向影响;课堂氛围在教师维度与学习效果关系中起到显著的调节作用。最后提出加强导师选课引导、提高学生课堂参与度、注重过程性考核等优化选课环节的策略。320 college students were investigated by a self-designed questionnaire,and the statistical analysis on the survey data was conducted by SPSS 21.0 and Lisrel 9.3 software.It’s found that there are no significant differences of gender,grade and major in motivation of course selection,the individual and teacher dimensions of course-selecting motivation have a significant positive impact on the learning effect,and classroom atmosphere plays a significant role in regulating the relationship between teacher dimensions and learning effectiveness.Finally,strategies for optimizing course selection are proposed here,including strengthening course selection guidance for undergraduate instructors,improving students’classroom participation and paying attention to process assessment.
