摘 要:针对垃圾焚烧炉中的排片在高温工作环境下的抗失效风险性能分析与轻量化改进问题,以某型号炉排片为研究对象,建立了其有限元模型,并引入高温环境下材料屈服强度折减系数和材料使用安全系数,分析了其在伸出和撤回状态下的结构强度和抗失效风险性能;进而以炉排片顶部和尾部厚度、最大应力、整体结构质量分别作为设计变量、约束条件和优化目标,构建炉排片轻量化改进的数学模型。分析结果表明,炉排片的结构参数优化可以在实现炉排片减重的同时,在一定程度上提升其抗失效风险性能,为高温工作环境下的炉排片轻量化设计提供了参考依据。In order to reduce the destruction risk and carry out lightweight improvement of grate bar for waste incinerators under high-temperature working conditions,a certain type of grate bar was choosen as the research object,a finite element calculation model was established,and the material yield strength reduction factor and material safety factor under high temperature environment were introduced.After analysing it’s structural strength in the extended and retracted state,the top and tail thicknesses of the grate bar were setted as design variables,the maximum stress of the grate bar served as a constraint,and the minimum structural quality of the grate bar was used as the optimization object.An lightening optimization mathematical model was established and solved.The analysis results show that the optimization of the structural parameters of the grate bar can achieve reduction on weight as well as reduce the risk of destruction,which provides a reference for the lightening design of the grate bar.
