摘  要:“三全育人”是全员、全程、全方位的德育模式。高校图书馆的阅读推广,也可结合“三全育人”教育格局进行。高校图书馆开展思政课阅读推广具有资源、环境和安全监管三大优势,应通过构建长效思政教育阅读推广体系、加强思政教育文献信息资源建设、加强图书馆员思政意识和工作能力培训、将思政课阅读推广贯穿学生大学生活全程、整合资源全方位开展思政课阅读推广活动等措施,实现高校图书馆思政课阅读推广的创新发展。SanquanEducation is a moral education mode of the whole staff,the whole process,and multi-angle integrity.The reading promotion of university libraries can also be carried out in combination with the educational pattern of“SanquanEducation”.There are three advantages in promoting ideological and political reading in university libraries:resources,environment and safety supervision.The university libraries should build a long-term ideological and political education reading promotion system,strengthen the construction of ideological and political education literature and information resources in the library,raise the ideological and political awareness of librarians,promote ideological and political course reading throughout students college life,and integrate resources to carry out ideological and political course reading promotion activities,to achieve the innovative development of reading promotion of ideological and political courses in university libraries.
