摘　　要：“双一流”建设和第四次学科评估给高校图书馆文献资源建设带来了新的发展契机。资源建设的重点进一步向学科转移并紧密结合,绩效考核更加严格并注重使用效益。高校图书馆需结合学科特点多角度、多依据地进行经费的申请、学科文献的精准采购和最终的项目绩效考核,提高文献资源建设质量,推动高校“双一流”建设的持续发展。The construction of“double first-rate”and the fourth subject evaluation bring new development opportunities to the construction of university library collection development.The focus of collection construction is further transferred to and combined with disciplines.The stricterperformance evaluation of subject literature resources construction pays more attention to the use efficiency.The library should apply for funds from multiple angles and on multiple bases,and according to the discipline characteristics of the university,precisely purchase the subject literature and evaluate the final project performance,improve the construction quality of the collection resources and promote the sustainable development of the“double first-rate”construction of the university.
