摘 要:以IPO模型为理论基础的学科服务团队绩效评价体系,突出了团队过程因素对绩效的影响。该指标设计了团队投入、团队过程、团队产出3个一级指标,人力投入、团队组织等11个二级指标和专职学科馆员人数等36个三级指标。通过专家调查问卷采用群组层次分析法确定各指标权重,并对华南师范大学图书馆学科服务团队进行实例运用。研究发现,团队过程因素对提升学科服务团队绩效有重要作用。根据研究结果,从学科服务团队规划、团队知识共享、团队反思、团队领导者四个方面提出学科服务团队建设的建议。The evaluation system of discipline service team s performance based on IPO model highlights the impact of team process factors on performance.This index is designed with three first-level indexes including team input,team process and team output,eleven second-level indexes including human resource input and team organization,and thirty-six third-level indexes including the number of full-time subject librarians and so on.The weight of each index is determined by group analytic hierarchy process through a questionnaire of five experts.And it is applied to the subject service team of South China Normal University Library.It is found that team process factors play an important role in improving the performance of the subject service team.According to the research results,this paper puts forward four suggestions on the team construction:subject service team planning,team knowledge sharing,team reflection and team leader.
