摘　　要：建立具有区分力的氯氮平片溶出曲线测定方法,并测定自制氯氮平片和参比制剂在pH=1.2、pH=4.0、pH=6.8三种介质中的溶出曲线,比较二者相似性。结论:氯氮平片溶出曲线测定方法可行,具有区分力。自制氯氮平片和参比制剂体外溶出行为一致。Establish a discriminating method for the determination of the dissolution curve of clozapine tablets,and determine the dissolution curves of self-made clozapine tablets and reference preparations in three media of pH 1.2,pH=4.0,and pH 6.8,and compare their similarities.Conclusion:The method for measuring the dissolution curve of clozapine tablets is feasible and discriminatory.The dissolution behavior of the self-made clozapine tablets and the reference preparations was the same in vitro.
