摘  要:“蛋白质”是生物化学课程教学内容中继绪论后的开篇章节,既是该课程的基础内容,也是难点内容。对这一章知识的掌握,不仅有利于学生学好后续章节,也有利于激发学生学习生物化学的兴趣。但该章节的知识点繁多、概念抽象、内容枯燥,学生容易产生厌学情绪,传统的教学方法效果不太理想。为提高教学效果,本文基于MOOC背景下,结合“蛋白质”的章节内容和特点,初步探索了线上线下混合式教学模式在该章节中的应用,旨在为提高生物化学教学质量提供策略。"Protein" is the opening chapter after the introduction in the biochemistry course, which is both the basic and difficult content of the course. To master the knowledge of this chapter is not only helpful for students to learn the following chapters, but also helpful for students to stimulate their interest in learning biochemistry. However, due to the various knowledge points, abstract concepts and boring content in this chapter, students tend to be tired of learning, and the traditional teaching methods are not very effective. In order to improve the teaching effect and provide strategies for improving the quality of biochemistry teaching, we preliminarily explored the application of the online and offline blended teaching model in this chapter, basing on the context of MOOC and combining with the content and characteristics of the chapter "protein".
