长春西汀结合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析长春西汀结合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法80例急性脑梗死患者,随机分为对照组与实验组,各40例。对照组患者采取单纯依达拉奉进行治疗,实验组患者采取长春西汀结合依达拉奉进行治疗。对比两组患者神经功能缺损程度评分、日常生活活动能力评分、临床疗效、不良反应发生情况。结果两组患者治疗前神经功能缺损程度评分及日常生活活动能力评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后14、28 d,实验组患者的神经功能缺损程度评分及日常生活活动能力评分均优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者的治疗总有效率为92.50%,显著高于对照组的75.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论长春西汀结合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死疗效显著,安全可靠,可显著改善患者神经功能,改善患者日常生活能力。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of vinpocetine combined with edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 80 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated by edaravone,and the experimental group was treated by vinpocetine combined with edaravone.The neurological deficit score,activity of daily living score,clinical efficacy and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in neurological deficit score and activity of daily living score between the two groups(P>0.05).15 and 28 d after treatment,neurological deficit score and activity of daily living score of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment of the experimental group was 92.50%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 75.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Vinpocetine combined with edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction is effective,safe and reliable in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction,which can significantly improve the neurological function and the activity of daily living of patients.
