摘  要:为探明白玉豆种子萌发的最适温度以及高温抑制其萌发的机制,将白玉豆种子分别置于20、25、30、35℃培养箱培养,测定发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数以及萌发过程α-淀粉酶活性和蛋白酶活性。研究结果表明,25℃下白玉豆种子发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数均显著高于20、30和35℃温度处理,30℃以上高温显著抑制α-淀粉酶活性和蛋白酶活性。种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数与α-淀粉酶活性和蛋白酶活性均呈显著正相关。白玉豆种子萌发的最适温度为25℃,超过30℃的温度显著抑制了种子淀粉酶和蛋白酶的活性,从而导致种子萌发受到显著抑制。Baiyu bean seeds were placed in 20℃,25℃,30℃and 35℃incubator culture,the germination rate,germination potential,germination index andα-amylase activity and protease activity during germination were measured to know the optimum temperature for seed germination and the mechanism of high temperature inhibiting its germination.The results showed that the germination rate,germination energy and germination index of Baiyu bean at 25℃were significantly higher than those of 20℃,30℃and 35℃.The activities ofα-amylase and protease of Baiyu bean at higher than 30℃were significantly inhibited.Seed germination rate,germination potential,germination index andα-amylase activity,protease activity were significantly correlated.The optimum temperature for seed germination of Baiyu bean was 25℃.The temperature above 30℃significantly inhibited the activity of seed amylase and protease,which led to significant inhibition of seed germination.
